Does IE for UNIX use the Trident, Tasman or some other layout engine? -- Limulus 07:31, 20 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Based on what I've found so far, it was a direct port from Windows IE 4 and 5 (unlike Internet Explorer for Mac which started out with IE 2, so prior to Trident, which wasn't introduced until IE 4), so I'm fairly convinced it was Trident in IE for UNIX... -- Limulus 04:52, 21 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
