I seriously doubt that this is relevant now, but...

See Wikipedia:Templates for deletion/Log/2007 November 18#Template:Tooltip-article. It appears that problems with this script have caused some confused and unneccesary redirects in MediaWiki space and some useless templates to be created. This problem is, however, unlikely ever to come up again unless the same code is used to upgrade a wiki from MediaWiki 1.3 again, which seems unlikely in 2007, but as it's a problem with a bot (a devbot, in fact!), it may as well go on the public record. --ais523 12:44, 23 November 2007 (UTC)
