Macromolecular Theory and Simulation is a peer-reviewed polymer science journal published nine times a year. It publishes Reviews, Feature Articles, Communications, and Full Papers covering all aspects from macromolecular theory to advanced computer simulation.

The editorial office is in Weinheim, near Heidelberg in Germany, from where the peer review process is coordinated by an editorial team made up of chemists, physicists, and engineers.

The 2008 ISI Impact Factor of Macromolecular Materials and Engineering was 1.912.[1]
