ERASM stands for Easy Relaxed Approach with Smooth Movement. It is a technique used in stuttering therapy, and involves four components:

  1. Start easy and relaxed, with a soft voice.
  2. Stretch the first vowel.
  3. Raise volume.
  4. Maintain a regular speed of speech.
