Block is from July '08 so worth rechecking (block settings were changed recently, then changed back, but I don't know if the issue was rechecked.) Apparently this is a dynamically-assigned IP address, which makes me think it probably isn't an open proxy. Mangojuicetalk 14:37, 19 August 2009 (UTC)
