Speedy Deletion

Not totally without merit, as there is mention on NPR here and New York Magazine here, as well as other places that I haven't pulled up yet. This is the only organization advocating for the legality of fanworks at present (see legal issues with fan fiction, and it has a significant impact in that areas and on those issues (e.g., legal scholarship regarding fanworks - Rebecca Tushnet). Henry Jenkins and others have supported it. It seems to be an integral part of the legal issues related to fan fiction and other fan works.
