Wise-Ass Remarks by R.J. Chapman

Constructions 1 and 5 are essentially the same. Likewise for constructions 2 and 3. RJChapman 09:45, 4 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

So What?

There is no need to be a wise-ass about such things as above. The Wikipedia is supposed to be a collection of articles to reach a wide-range of readers -- and it is not a set of Technical Monographas for people like you, R.J. Chapman. Even if some information that is given is redundant, that is a worthwhile thing to do -- because by being somewhat redundand, that increases the probability of any given member of a collection of readers to understand what was meant.

Isn't this so very odd? The whole purpose behing using Forward Error-Correcting Codes like the Golay Codes is to increase the probability of accurate communication - but yet, we had this wise-ass R.J. Chapman griping about it!98.67.169.15 (talk) 21:06, 19 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
