Gwernol, User:LAX transcluded it, not I'm on Base. I'm not entirely sure I'm on Base even knew it was live, and suspect this was a test. I've removed it from WP:RFA (see above), and plan to delete it as a test page unless I'm on Base gives me a good reason not to.
