I redirected DCVS to Concurrent Versions System. A Google for CVS version control gets 8.2 million hits, DCVS version control less than 800. By strong consensus WP:ISNOT a directory; however, if you can provide information demonstrating a substantial user base or widespread media coverage I am confident that a separate article can be justified. - Just zis  Guy, you know?
