It looks like {{Internet cartoon}} needs improvement. There seem to be various internet cartoons that are not using the Internet cartoon template, but using Infobox Television instead (Examples: Mule school and Happy Tree Friends) or using Infobox Film (example: 30-Second Bunnies Theatre) --EarthFurst (talk) 22:43, 14 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That template seems specifically designed for flash cartoons, maybe that's why. If that's the case, maybe we need the creation of a different one for web animation in general. John Carter (talk) 22:48, 14 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Lead article for this work group

I've been reviewing key articles for all WikiProjects, and I find that this project doesn't really have a general article covering web animation. If you look at web animation, it's a redirect, and yet it's clear from this task force's article list that web animation is much more than a minor side-note of computer animation. Could this group turn that redirect into a full article? Or did I misunderstand the scope of this topic? Thanks, Walkerma (talk) 01:12, 9 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Animated films task force

A joint task force on animated films has been proposed on WikiProject Films. Interested editors are encouraged to discuss and sign up. If there is enough support, the task force will be created. Thanks! Girolamo Savonarola (talk) 20:09, 30 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Here's a discussion about subject development you might find interesting.
