KEE is one individual's representation of the path toward spiritual enlightenment. It is a system of meditation and contemplative philosophy which must be internalized and personalized to be of use to anyone. The process of spiritual evolution is achievable by any individual and requires only faith, dedication, and a focused lack of focus. Spiritual enlightenment is a process which is achieved by advancing the power of the spirit over that of the mind and body.

Beliefs

An individual's spirit is in a constant struggle with the desires and instincts of mind and body. By suppressing the instinctual desires of body and mind, through meditation, it is possible to cultivate one's spirit with practice. The 'spirit' is the same concept as an individual's internal energy, or qi, as it is referred to in several eastern philosophies. It is beneficial to strengthen one's spirit for several reasons. Spiritual energy has an attractive force, or gravity, that attracts other spiritual energy. An individual with a strong spirit is often referred to as someone who is charismatic or has a certain 'aura' about them. This is because the attractive force of the individual's cultivated spirit affects the spirits of those around them. Furthermore, when an individual reaches the end of their physical life, their spiritual energy leaves the physical body and re-enters the spiritual realm. It does not remain intact, but disperses into the abundance of energy, just like a drop of water dispersing in an ocean. The more spiritual energy each individual adds to that ocean, the more massive the ocean of spiritual energy becomes.

Methods of Spiritual Enlightenment

Meditation: By attaining complete relaxition of the body and emptiness of the mind, one will become aware of, and strengthen their spirit. Meditation is the cornerstone of spiritual enlightenment, for it is lasting, and does not require the degradation of body or mind. In fact, many methods of meditation simulaneously strengthen the mind and/or body. Meditation is most productive when practiced in a natural environment. There are several methods which can assist the process of meditation at the early stages.

Sleep Deprivation: By depriving the body of sleep, body and mind will become fatigued, and it
temporarily becomes easier for the individual to focus on their spirit. If sleep deprivation is practiced
for extended durations, it will lead to the degradation of the body, followed by the mind.
Fasting: By depriving the body of food, body and mind will become weakened, and it temporarily
becomes easier for the individual to focus on their spirit. Fasting for any duration weakens the body,
and extended durations weaken the mind, and will lead to certain death.
Mind Alteration: The contemplative use of certain halleuceneginic substances, such as psilocybin mushrooms,
can 'open a window' to the spiritual realm. This method is useful for directing a straying or ignorant
individual on their journey of spiritual evolution, but will not progress the individual's spirit on
this journey. After this guiding practice has served its purpose, its continued use will result
only in the stagnation of the individual's spirit. Furthermore, The misguided use of such substances
can be quite detrimental, empowering and corrupting the mind. This practice is to be strictly
controlled and is not to be confused with other substances, which satisfy bodily desires and weaken the
power of the spirit.
