Color Change! is Crystal Kay's eighth studio album.
Background
"Color Change!" was released on August 6th, 2008. The album peaked at number 6 on the Oricon daily chart and number 8 on the weekly chart. The album includes songs produced by Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis ("ITOSHIIHITO" and "I Can't Wait") and Bloodshy & Avant ("It's a crime"). First press included a DVD which contained music videoss for "Namida no Saki ni," "Shining" and "Dream World," from her previous album. The title "Color Change!" reflected from Kay's graduation in 2008. The album was eventually certified gold by RIAJ. [1]"Color Change!" was the 289th best selling album of 2008 in Japan.
Singles
"Shining" was originally released in an EP of the same name in November 2007. The EP at number 21 on Oricon weekly chart. The next single "Namida no Saki ni" was released seven months later on June 11th, 2007 and was followed by "ONE" four weeks later. "ONE" was the theme song to the 2008 Pokémon movie Giratina to Sora no Hanataba: Sheimi, in which she played the voice of Nurse Joy's Chansey.
