Biology Data Visualization is a branch of bioinformatics concerned with the application of computer graphics, scientific visualization, and information visualization to different fields of biology. This includes visualization of sequences, genomes, phylogenies, macromolecular structures, systems biology, microscopy, and magnetic resonance imaging data.
