CCID: (Integrated) Circuit(s) Cards Interface Devices are USB devices that interface with integrated circuit(s) cards or act as interfaces with integrated circuit(s) cards. These devices have been assigned the USB class number 0x0B. The acronym CCID most commonly refers to the standardized protocol by which a USB host interacts with an USB smart card reader.
