Server Technology, Inc. is a manufacturer of power management and distribution systems, commonly used in data centers. The company's first products were the EasyLAN serial port-connected "no-slot" networking systems for IBM PCs and compatibles.[1]

  • 1984 Founding
  • 1987 Acquires CrossPoint Systems, a manufacturer of PC data switches[2]
