Dear Programmer 13: Thank you for your offer to help me.
We have developed a page with a German mentor in the German Wikipedia which has been checked and published under the keyword: last name "Sacharwow", first name "Fedor". I would like to translate this page into English language. Please let me know how I can develop the page offline before it is checked for publication. In the German wikipedia we used a toll called workshop. Kind regards--Romanoff3 (talk) 09:28, 2 June 2009 (UTC)
