MarkLogic XML Server is a native XML database developed by Mark Logic Corporation. It implements W3C-standard XML Query (XQuery) language for the CRUD functionality. The server provides Full-test search option.

MarkLogic Server is used by companies in the information industry including Edmunds.com, Elsevier Science, Wolters Kluwer, Oxford University Press, University of Virginia Press, the New England Journal of Medicine, and Bowker.

Pricing

The product in Standard edition is available for free, but with some limitations, like limited data capacity and restricted to single server with not more than 2 CPUs. License for Enterprise edition can be obtained by communicating with the company.
