Neritopsidae is a family of small sea snails and freshwater snails, aquatic gastropod mollusks in the clade Cycloneritimorpha (according to the taxonomy of the Gastropoda by Bouchet & Rocroi, 2005).

The great majority of species within this family are extinct. Those that are still extant are sometimes termed "living fossils". [1]
