Queueing Models are represented in the form :

A/B/C/N/K

Where : A : Interarrival Time Distribution B : Service Time Distribution (M=Markovian, Ek=Erlang, G=General, D=Deterministic) C : Number of Parallel Servers N : System Capacity K : Calling Population

E.g. M/M/1/oo/oo represents a single server that has unlimited queue capacity and infinite calling population.
