Democracy tree

The Democracy Tree as it is popularly known is a rain tree in the city of Ipoh in Malaysia where Perak state lawmakers held an emergency assembly after being blocked by police from entering the state secretariat building, where such assemblys are normally held. See 2009 Perak constitutional crisis.
