The Association of Boxing Commissions (ABC) is a not for profit professional boxing organization that sanctions title fights in the Asian and Pacific region.
The aim of the ABC is to -
- Promote uniform health and safety standards in boxing,
- Provide accurate records for boxers,
- Increase communication between organisations.
- Publish medical and training information and education for all boxing related professionals,
- Establish and ran a charitable foundation to aid indigent boxers, and
- Encourage adherence to, and enforcement of, applicable federal laws by each member of the ABC.[1]
