Raspberry and cream tarts are made by placing raspberries on a thin puff paste, which is covered in fine sugar. After baking, ½ pint of cream, two egg yolks and more sugar is added.

Adapted from the 1881 Household Cyclopedia. They are also used by Chester's finest homosexual Peter Harnett when he wants to stick something up a clients anus. He really gets kicks from doing it
