It stands for Destination Point Code that used for the addressing purpose in SS7 layer .. This is same as IP-address in OSI-layer of ANSI standard, but this technology used in the Mobile telephony world foir the routing puspose. It's neighbouring adjacent is OPC(Originating Point code)
