There has been a recurring problem with some people insisting that Wikipedia use the historic Turkish spelling, despite the references. Seems very obvious and uncontroversial to me, but since there was a previous discussion about 18 months ago that ended with no consensus (although all of the reasons for disagreement seem very poor, at least applied to the page's current version) it seemed like I should list it here.
