In Canada, the Federal Contractors Program (FCP) falls under the Employment Equity Act. The FCP requires private sector employers with 100 employees or more bidding on federal contracts of $200,000 or more to certify that they will implement employment equity measures. The full Employment Equity Act (1995, c.44) can be found http://laws.justice.gc.ca/en/E-5.401/50293.html.
