Could a colon be placed after the double left-brackets and before the word "Category" so that the page does not appear in the Category? It should be Category:Pages with DEFAULTSORT conflicts. Thank you.
- That wouldn't properly fix it, it would just remove all pages from the category. The correct fix would be
[[<noinclude>:</noinclude>Category:Pages with DEFAULTSORT conflicts]]
or<includeonly>[[Category:Pages with DEFAULTSORT conflicts]]</includeonly>

- MediaWiki pages do not behave in the same manner as normal pages: it is confusing to think of this message as being 'transcluded' onto pages. The message is parsed by the interface in a completley different process. I will investigate on another wiki to see if the includeonly tags function on this message, as there is no guarrantee that they will. Happy‑melon 19:50, 21 January 2009 (UTC)
