Section	What to do
Suspected sockpuppets	Fill in the suspected socks in the template parameters, like this: `\|1=USER NAME OR IP HERE\|2=ANOTHER ONE HERE` You can add more like this if needed; increment the number each time. Note: Do not include `User:` with the user name or IP address.
Evidence	Enter your evidence. You must: Make clear how multiple accounts are being abused, explaining how the users are a) the same and b) disruptive. Avoid all other discussion that is not evidence of sockpuppetry or other multiple account abuse. Patrolling admins, clerks and CheckUsers are not expected to establish your argument for you. You must use diffs, page histories, log entries or other information to support your position.
Clerk, and Conclusions	Leave these blank. If you wish to reply, do so briefly and to the point, otherwise consider putting longer replies in your own section.

General comments

Do not engage in attacks. All that matters here is evidence or rebuttals concerning one issue: Were multiple accounts or IPs likely to have been misused, and is there evidence to back this? Anything else may be removed or refactored.
Please keep "like with like", i.e. one persons comments, then the next. Do not thread or reply to other people's sections, these will be moved.
Do not create sections using "===" or "====" or similar, or change any tag starting "{{SPI...}}"; this template will break if you do.
Do not link (or transclude) your report on the mainpage, a clerk bot will do that for you.
