Microsoft Acrylic Graphic Designer [1] is a commercial vector and bitmap graphics editor from Microsoft based on "Creature House Expression" from Creature House, which was bought by Microsoft. As of writing this article, "Creature House Expression" can be downloaded from Microsoft (registration required). Both Windows & Mac OS X versions are available. The download version also comes with a 200-page PDF manual for new users to get to know the program.
