A controversial treatment for dyslexia and ADHD. Originally called DDAT and now called Dore Achievement Centres the treatment consists of a nine to fifteen month balance and coordination training programme. The training is targetted at the cerebellum, an area of the brain linked to motor control.

Founded by Wynford Dore, a multi-millionaire buisnessman, as a way of treating his heavily dyslexic daughter, the treatment has received much criticism for the claims that are made for it and the underlying science. However many children and adults have benifited from the treatment, including international rugby player Kenny Logan.
