Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Thou, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.

Please stop. If you continue to blank out or delete portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, you will be blocked from editing. Oxymoron83 11:40, 5 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits, such as those you made to Suffragette. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, you will be blocked from editing. --Oxymoron83 11:42, 5 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did to The Silver Sword, you will be blocked from editing. Noah 16:41, 6 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked for a period of 48 hours from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for continuing to add spam links. If you wish to make useful contributions, you are welcome to come back after the block expires. Persistent spammers will have their websites blacklisted from Wikipedia and potentially penalized by search engines. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below. Tiptoety talk 17:01, 6 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is a shared IP address, provided by Demon Internet UK and originally leased from BT. Some of Demon's home internet packages, including mine, use a dynamically allocated IP address.

I'm not mentioning this in order to complain (none of the edits referred to above were made by me, however I realise that there is no way that Wikipedia admins would know that this was a shared IP - I understand that the comments above are not directed at me personally) but rather so that if any Wikipedia editors are considering a permanently IP banning someone because of their behaviour, they will be aware that banning this IP would affect innocent parties.

--- NEXT USER COMPLAINT ---

I'm also an innocent Demon user who has received this message - and I have sometimes edited WP (properly) with a real account. I think it is fair to complain, because 1) WP will simply end up blocking a whole set of Demon dynamic IPs at this rate, blocking out innocent editors. 2) An unfair association could easily be made with my real account. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.195.3.40 (talk) 20:00, 6 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the notice, I have blocked now it in order to prevent registered users from getting blocked as collateral damage. Thanks again! -- lucasbfr talk 21:29, 6 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
