Learning and Teaching Scotland (aka LTS or LT Scotland) is a non-departmental government body based in Glasgow, Scotland.

LTS provides support for people working in the Scottish state education system - including ministers, local authorities, school managers, teachers and support staff - and is accountable to SEED (Scottish Executive Education Department).

LTS manages the National Grid for Learning Scotland (NGfL Scotland) - a Scottish Executive initiaitive to support and develop the use of information and communications technology (ICT) in Scottish Education.

The current Chief Executive of LTS is Bernard McLeary, former director of education at Inverclyde council.
