"The Programme was a vital document leading to the Irish War of Independence and the establishment from 1919 of the Irish Republic." Pick me up if I'm wrong, anyone, but the war and the republic had been started / founded on the very same day as the Programme was adopted.Red Hurley (talk) 21:28, 24 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
