For novices like me, this article is interesting but confusing.
What I am confused about is this: What is the difference between estimation theory and dual control theory?
At least I can see that estimation and dual control theory have in common the fact that something is unknown so we try to discover it to control some system well.
But I cannot understand a difference. Are they the same? I guess not just because they are explained in separate articles.
If the difference is explained, novices will get better grasp at this concept. Moreover, if the difference is explained through examples (like the car driver example in the current article), novices will perfectly understand it.
