Climate Dynamics is an international academic journal for the publication of research on the dynamics of the global climate system. First published in 1986, it has long provided a forum for the discussion of global warming, climate modeling, and the behavior of the biomass. Climate Dynamics was ranked second by total citations among the 25 most respected journals in the field of climate change.[1] The journal's founding editor, W. Lawrence Gates, is the chair of Joint Scientific Committee for the United Nations World Climate Research Programme. [2]
