This article is an advertisement for a company, masquerading as information. The company is not notable and its nature is very nebulous, perhaps venture capital but there is really no way to tell. Notability is a relative concept, but that notwithstanding, the article that has been marked for deletion seems to describe the organization in a fairly matter-of-fact way. If it were an advertisement, it seems to me that they would have gone further to make the organization sound like some sort of gift from providence.
