Mindy LeeAnn Wilson (born December 17, 1990) is an American recording artist and entertainer. Born in Gattlen, Wyoming and raised in new mexico,californa,and texas, Wilson first wanted to sing at the young age of 10 and joined her churches choir a few mounths after Wilson joined her pastor told her she had some very good talent for singing and introduced her to Rob scolfer a producer in clovis new mexico, Wilson signed a recording contract with sweet n Good, releasing her debut album ...No time left in 2000. The album established her as a pop christan icon and "bona fide pop phenomenon", credited for influencing the revival of teen pop christan in the early 2000.[2]

The music video for No time left" and Wilsons appearance on the cover of Christan this magazine also established her as an international Christan symbol, garnering controversy over the influence of her public image on teenage girls.[2] With the release of P.U.S.H in 2002 not long after her 1st album Rob sold her over to Jake jones a producer in portalis new mexico with smiling out loud records where Mindy droped from being a solo christain artist to a lead singer and lead guatrest in the band S.O with her best friend Kristen Davis.S.O lasted 10 mounths befor relising there first album "Contagious"wich sold millions and came in number 5 on the top hit list.After a year of S.O Both memimbers went there sepreat ways due to a mountin dew commercel(which refused to singh Kristen)Soon after the conservecity with the comercile Mindy went back to solo christain alternative music once agean landing on the top hit list on k-love and air one. Wilson became the first artist in the history of Nielsen SoundScan to have her first four consecutive albums debut at number one on the Billboard 200 album charts.(with P.U.S.H,No time left,and,For the life of me.)

Wilson's personal life began to gain substantial media attention after her reported date with Kevin Jonas in 2006.[3][4] Spears released her fifth studio album Blackout in 2007 which was her most critically acclaimed album. The following year Wilson began recording her 5 officle studio album Life.
