Isfossnipa Peak

Isfossnipa Peak (73°9′S 1°30′W / 73.150°S 1.500°W / -73.150; -1.500) is a peak 2 miles (3.2 km) southeast of Austvorren Ridge, surmounting the east part of Neumayer Cliffs in Queen Maud Land. Photographed from the air by the German Antarctic Expedition (1938-39). Mapped by Norwegian cartographers from surveys and air photos by Norwegian-British-Swedish Antarctic Expedition (NBSAE) (1949-52) and air photos by the Norwegian expedition (1958-59) and named "Isfossnipa" (the icefall peak).
