Literature

User:Steven G Cox added the following paper to the literature list:

  • Gert Goossens, Dirk Lanneer, Werner Geurts, Johan Van Praet (2006). "Design of ASIPs in Multi-Processor SoCs using the Chess/Checkers Retargetable Tool Suite". Proceedings of the International Symposium on System-on-Chip. Piscataway, NJ: IEEE: 61–64. ISBN 1-4244-0621-8.{{cite journal}}: CS1 maint: multiple names: authors list (link)

It's just one of many papers that have been published on the subject in recent years. It's not obvious to me why this one should be mentioned in the article. I'm actually tempted to also remove the old survey paper. Right now the literature list is longer than the rest of the article. Please comment. Thanks, --EnOreg (talk) 23:40, 19 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed it now together with the old survery paper:
  • M. Jain, M. Balakrishnan, A. Kumar (2001). "ASIP Design Methodologies: Survey and Issues". Proceedings of the Fourteenth International Conference on VLSI Design. IEEE: 76–81.{{cite journal}}: CS1 maint: multiple names: authors list (link)
