Wikipedia doesn't use Allwiki. Allwiki is the idea that all the words, phrases or expressions are links to Wikipedia or Wiktionary articles. For several years after the founding of Wikipedia, there was a long-running debate about how many links should be present in an article, and what kind of links they should be. Allwiki was one of the proposals brought up at that time, but was rejected in favor of the far less strongly worded Build the web and it's stricter counterpart, Only make links that are relevant to the context.
