This page was previously deleted. The new page has no references to Wokai itself and makes no claims signifying notability. Re-nominated.

Notability?

Reason for initial deletion - notability - was addressed via updated external references list. Omitted all previous external resources except for first 2 verified as fulfilling notability policy. There are now multiple references to wokai itself and newly added statistics on the scope of wokai's lending. Please link to further discussion here[[1]] & welcome further discussion, thank you.
