The Montego was produced by Austin-Rover in the 80's through to the mid 90's. The Montego shares similiarities with the Maestro.

The Montego has a dedicated following, the Maestro and Montego Owners Club . The club was founded in the late 1990s and is dedicated to the preservation and enjoyment of these two important yet often undervalued milestones in British motor industry history. The website is well worth a read, and has a dedicated community forum where all enthusiasts are free to post.
