Supporting evidence: Sockpuppet has created pages for Troy Rodriguez (actor, rapper) which appear very similar to the pages that the puppetmaster created, Troy M Rodriguez; see the deletion log for Troy M Rodriguez. Also note similarity of the usernames and types of vandalism. The user may be attempting to evade the ban by omitting the middle initial and changing minor details, but it seems to be the same guy.
