On another issue: "It has been decided in December 2003 that DSDL Part 4 (ISO/IEC 19757-4) will be based on NRL." Uggh. I hate passive tense. Let's start with the basics -- as in: who is it that decided this? -- Sholom 16:55, 30 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
