"start class" rating

I rated this as "start class". It is more than a stub, but on the other hand, it says just about everything it needs to say about the topic. It is pretty much the complete word on the subject, so it may deserve to be higher. Bubba73 (talk), 05:55, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Moved to B-Class following Quale's recommendation on the wikiProject Chess talk page. Would like to see some cited references, especially "FIDE endorses the system." as 'endorses' is not my understanding. FIDE's website suggests a different method for correspondence http://www.fide.com/component/handbook/?view=article&id=125 SunCreator (talk) 12:39, 23 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
