The World Fitness Endurance Title Record and Worlds Fittest Athlete Title, are assessed on how many all round physcial fitness challenge Records the athlete can achieve. The total is 20 fitness endurance records involving different sporting disciplines. It is recognised by the following World Record Association: www.recordholdersrepublic.co.uk
