GUCK(S)- Discovered in southern Ontario, Canada, the Guck is the name of the offspring of a male goose and female Malard Duck. This species, after it looses it's fluff, has the characteristics of both a duck and a goose. In appearence that is. The Guck has a white head with black or Green patches of feathers on it's. The body is traditionally the size of a duck and only has slight white markings which are most prominent on it's frontal breast. The Guck is identified by it's size which is approximately 1 foot long, and the tell tale white neck or head. The Species was discovered in a Toronto park. The two who discovered them, witnessed the co-habitating and mating of geese and ducks. The Gucks however didn't seem to be very successful in it's own mating habits as female ducks seemed to run away from the Gucks, while accepting the mating with either goose or duck.
