The name 'Rotor Programming' doesn't appear anywhere in the Internet, it's only known as just 'Rotor'

Discussion

The only pages that Google finds on 'Rotor Programming' are wikipedia excerpts, and notes on programming rotors. Just 'Rotor' is ambiguous for the article name, and 'Shared Source CLI' has been the official name of Rotor since 2002.
