The Interpretive Equation is a metaphorical device used to encapsulate the basic building blocks of effective interpretation into an easy to understand form. Although most often expressed as a mathematical equation, the ideas can also take other organizational methods.

The Equation

This first section goes to further clarify the previous description. It can include further discussion and debate over what a concept entails, but it should remain written from a neutral viewpoint. To cite certain examples, a footnote may be added at the end of a page which will then transfer to the end of the document in the references section.[1]
