the contents management systems for OCW

I have added an article/link of one of free opensource management systems for OCW, eduCommons, to this article, but EconoPhysicist deleted all of the article and link. Sorry if that article had some illegal against Wikipedia rules. But I don't understand, why these articles was deleted? I think that these softwares can contribute to OCW, these things should is inculuded in this article for universites in all over the world.--HATA A. K. (talk) 12:08, 23 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
