This article was not listed in Wikipedia:Votes for deletion/Karlscherer3, so deleting it was an overreaction not sanctioned by the VfD.

As for Tiling puzzle, Google shows the term "string puzzle" to be in widespread generic use. The same principle applies here as for copyvio articles: if an article is copyvio, it can be removed but a non-copyvio article can be created in its place. Similarly a non-spam article can be created here (actually, the pre-deletion version of this article did not contain spam links to zillions-of-games.com). If there is a generic term in widespread use (as demonstrated by Google), we cannot let a spammer decide for us that there can never be a Wikipedia article on this apparently quite legitimate topic. -- Curps 06:51, 7 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]
